AI Presence provides informational evaluations of how organizations appear to AI systems based on observable signals from public sources. Our service generates scores and reports that reflect clarity, trustworthiness, and discoverability indicators.
No Guarantees
AI Presence does not guarantee:
- Inclusion in AI-generated answers or recommendations
- Specific outcomes or results from AI systems
- Increased visibility, traffic, or business performance
- Accuracy of third-party data sources
Our scores are informational and reflect our evaluation of observable signals. They are not predictions, guarantees, or advisory recommendations.
Scores Are Informational
Scores generated by AI Presence are based on deterministic evaluation of observable signals. They are intended to help organizations understand how they appear to AI systems, not to predict or guarantee specific outcomes. Scores may change over time as signals change or as our methodology evolves.
No Liability for AI Behavior
AI Presence has no control over how AI systems interpret, retrieve, or recommend organizations. We do not influence AI model behavior, training data, or system outputs. We are not responsible for:
- How AI systems use or interpret our evaluations
- Changes in AI system behavior over time
- Decisions made by third-party AI systems
- Outcomes resulting from AI system recommendations
Third-Party Systems
AI Presence relies on third-party services and data sources, including:
- Public directory listings
- Review platforms
- Web search and information retrieval services
- Infrastructure and hosting providers
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or behavior of these third-party systems. Service interruptions or inaccuracies in third-party data may affect our evaluations.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
No Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We incur onboarding expenses immediately upon activation and cover usage-related costs associated with providing the service. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing; however, we do not provide refunds for prior charges.
Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials
- Providing accurate information when creating accounts
- Using the service in accordance with these terms
- Not attempting to manipulate or game our evaluation system
Intellectual Property
The AI Presence service, including its methodology, scoring logic, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our methodology or scoring logic without permission.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Presence operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
